Passive, maintenance-free monitoring system

With R.O.S.I. PROOF, the passive sensors are read out during maintenance cycles and thus enable statements to be made about the condition of the flat roof structure. The use of leak detection in the event of a faulty roof seal is also made easier.

With R.O.S.I. PROOF, the patented sensors are installed on the entire roof surface according to a specified installation plan (planned by the SLD team).

This means that the moisture level in the roof layer package can be determined at any time, across the entire area and without causing any damage.

The data is transmitted to a cloud-based customer portal 24/7 and compared with the existing values, so that alarms are triggered in the event of moisture penetrating.
